After about a decade of effort I am happy to report that I was notified on January 9th, 2007, that the patent was issued and granted as of December 26th, 2006. The patent number is United States Patent 7,155,451 and is entitled "Automated browsing system for publishers and users on networks serving internet and remote devices." I am the sole inventor. The patent can be seen by going to www.uspto.gov and searching for the patent number.  Also, instead of ordering a version through that government site, we suggest the quicker and free services  of www.pat2pdf.com.  Just enter the patent number and you should be given a link to a full graphic version of the patent.  This pdf closely resembles the one-of-a-kind "Ribbon Master", which is a bound publication that we recently received from the U.S. patent and trademark office.
